That’s why we purposely designed this cottage to welcome your four-legged companion — complete with a private fenced yard so they can stretch their legs safely. And when you’re on a long shift? Our luxury pet resort, Luxury Unleashed, is right across the street. Your best friend is in the best possible hands.
And let’s be clear — pet friendly does not mean anything less than spotless. This cottage is immaculately clean and professionally maintained between every stay. We hold our property to the same exacting standards we bring to our award-winning pet resort. You and your pet move into a fresh, pristine home every single time. No odors. No damage. No compromises.

🏠 Occupancy
Single occupancy only. This property is leased to one individual. It is not available for couples, families, or multiple occupants. This policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
📅 Lease Terms
A minimum 3-month lease is required. This property is designed for traveling healthcare professionals on extended assignments. Month-to-month is not available at start. Renewal options available.
🐾 Pet Policy
We don’t just tolerate pets — we designed this cottage with them in mind. The property has a fully fenced yard so your buddy has room to roam safely. We own and operate Luxury Unleashed, a premier pet resort right across the street, so we know firsthand how important your pet is to you. All pets must be approved prior to move-in via our pet application. A $500 pet deposit is required for approved pets.
💰 Deposits & Rent
Monthly rent is $1,600/month with all utilities included. A $1,600 security deposit is due at signing. For tenants with approved pets, an additional $500 pet deposit is required. Deposits due before keys are released.
Healthcare Professionals Preferred. This property is designed with traveling nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare workers in mind. We welcome any responsible professional on an extended assignment in the Havre area.
